The ReSet 7 is an optional 7-day detox plan that eliminates dairy, grains, and red meat for one week (or however long you want to do it).
There is nothing inherently wrong with these foods, but the reason they are eliminated during this week is because they are the most common foods for people to have sensitivities to. They can also have a bigger effect on weight loss/gain.
The ReSet 7 can be used in the beginning, for detoxing (like after the holidays), or at any point in your journey; for example, if you are experiencing a plateau.
