Strawberry or Watermelon+Lime+Mint- helps to flush out toxins improves skin tone

Green Apple+Cucumber+Mint+Lemon- another toxin eliminator, plus helps speed up your metabolism (for an added flavor boost, you can add a drop of lemon essential oil)

Pineapple+Kiwi+Mint- helps to flush out toxins and is a fantastic summer treat

TIPS & TRICKS –
• With fruits like blueberries or strawberries, you will get more flavor if you slice them in half – this releases the juices which flavors your water quicker!
• Try making lemon ice cubes so you don’t have to worry if you have fresh lemon on hand. It is very simple – peel a few lemons and toss in the blender, add water as you blend (but not too much as to not water it down), pour blended lemons into an ice cube tray and freeze. Then add to your water. As the ice melts, it will flavor your water even more! Try adding a mint leaf to each one too!
