Gingerbread Overnight Oats
Makes 1 serving
Each serving contains: 2 carbs & 2 proteins
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
1) Combine all ingredients into a mason jar, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2) Serve cold.
