Fruit frozen in ice cubes with blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries

Fruit Ice Cubes

Here at GOLO, we all love infused waters. They keep us hydrated and they are also delicious! But what if you didn’t have to worry about using all the fruit up before it goes bad? The answer is to freeze the fruit in ice cube trays! You can even use muffin tins if you want to put the fruit ice in a pitcher or bigger container. This makes sure your fruit does not go bad, and it keeps your water cold while slowly infusing it. All you have to do is cut up your fruit (and herbs if you would like) and put them in an ice tray or muffin tin, add water, and freeze. It can’t get any easier than that! Let us know in the comments below, are you going to try it? And what combinations will you do?

GOLO® is committed to providing you with the helpful tips and resources needed for personal success on a lifelong journey of health and wellness. It’s time to become #YourBestYou.
